Any personal belongings or Car parts found inside the vehicle being shipped will cause disruption to the flow of the shipment, and unit will be put on hold in the Terminal until items are removed.

No, it is strictly forbidden. (note: Only a Small van or car can be towed on to the ship in case vehicle ignition is not functional as long as wheels and brakes are functional)

For used vehicles we need VIN number and personal and consignee details and POD. As well as commercial invoices for vehicles exceeding 3,000 euros in value.

Client label is needed and needs to be sticked on driver side window (could be sent by email)

Yes using our Platform you will have the option to order your bill of lading by DHL or by release email.

Using our E-commerce platform, you can pay through online payment methods or through wired bank transfer.

U can track your shipment live using our live tracking tool which gives you insight into where the shipment is currently at.

We do not support this service on our online platform; however, we facilitate solutions for these matters offline for those who wish to use this service.

No we do not import vehicles to these regions.
